Was that Mantan Moreland on the train?

The black waiter, when the prairie oysters were ordered, appeared to be Mantan Moreland ("Birmingham Brown" in the Charlie Chan movies). Does anybody know?

I noticed him too. If you look at the Mantan Moreland bio. page, he's listed as 'Diner Waiter (uncredited)'.

Spotted him right away. He is the ultimate film thief..........steals every scene he is in no matter who else is in it or how small his part.
