Most of the music in these mummy pictures was re-cycled from Hand Salter's score from The Wolf Man. I'm sure the cue you're looking for will be found on that score recording.

I recognized the opening theme from The Wolf Man right away. I wonder how much of the rest of the music comes from that movie as well.

In The Mummy's Hand most of the music came from the
Son of Frankenstein, only modified somewhat.
And the part in The Mummy's Hand where Kharis chokes the servant in
the tent, the music was new. That music was used in all of the other
Mummy films when Kharis was stalking someone.
That one Mummy's Hand score was also used in Man Made Monster and
Captive Wild Woman
The Mummy's Tomb used much of the score from The Mummy's Hand
and The Wolf Man.
