Parris after Cassie, the two times she runs away from him and he shouts her name?

Yeah I didn't get that either. Especially the last time when as soon as she runs out the door he just stares at her go and Reagan shuts the door. They go check up on her later but it seemed like a strange reaction for someone in love with her.
