An idea for the “ghost”

The ghost angle in this movie is a silly concoction by the screenwriters, and it’s quickly forgotten by the next scene. I think a better idea would have been for a few of the townspeople to see the monster in the woods while he’s still covered in the sulphur. It gave him a spooky, otherworldly look, and he could’ve easily been construed as a “ghost” by the superstitious town folk.

Just a thought.

I'm glad you didn't make this movie

That's where it initially seems to be going, as the monster staggers wraith-like out of the ruins. It would have been an improvement, though nearly anything would improve this turkey.
