This is a very funny WB cartoon spoof, with Bugs Bunny as Rick, Patsy as Ilsa, Sylvester as Victor, Daffy Duck as Sam, Yosemite Sam as Maj. Strasser, and Pepe Le Pew as Louis Renault.
But IMO, the very best performance was by Tweety as Ugarte.
His Peter Lorre impersination in priceless!
Other WB cartoon chatacters were "extras" as cafe employers and customers.
