Help!!! Who is this actor in a 15-second scene? He looks sooo familiar!

Okay, it's 8 minutes into the movie. Sam is singing It Had To Be You. They're going from table to table.

1st table - guy who's going to die in Casablanca
2nd table - woman selling diamonds
3rd table - two guys talking about some resistance something or other, Germans walk by
4th table - "It's the fishing smack Santiago; it leaves at 1 tomorrow night. Here from the end of the marina. Third boat. And bring 15,000 francs in cash. Remember, in cash."

Who is that guy at the 4th table? His face looks so familiar. He's older, his face is lined, he has a receding hairline. I'm picturing him in some other role with a strong foreign accent. It's driving me crazy!

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.

I think you're talking about William Edmunds (birth name: Michael Pellegrino). He also played Martini in It's A Wonderful Life.
