Transfer to DVD?

Any word if/when? Most of Bogart's other films have made it. Why not this one?

Just watched this one again last night. I don't about a DVD version if there is one. This movie is highly underrated in my opinion. However, sometimes DVD's will not come out due to legal issues. Maybe Ted Turner doesn't own this one!
