Difference between 'Suspicion' and 'Johnnie'

Hi,
As you all know, The film's original title was supposed to be called "Johnnie", not "Suspicion". Due to the Studio Pressure, Alfred Hitchcock had to change Cary Grant from being a bad person to a good person.

Other than changing the ending, Hitchcock also had to change some of the scenes from the script. This caused to change the title from "Johnnie" to "Suspicion".

Well that was a good thing since I think "Marnie" was also a borin title to one of his films."Johnnie" nowhere near as interesting as "Suspicion".

I agree with you.

Well, Hitchcock certainly didn't give up his perception of Johnny being he left the ending open and the audience decides for themselves if Johnny did or didn't! Slick man he was!
