Tiny light on Joan Fontaine's hair during scene...

I'm at the point in the movie where Joan Fontaine's character finds out about Binkey's death. It looks like a tiny laser-pointer light is on her hair for most of the scene. Obviously I know this isn't a laser pointer light, but what do you guys think it's from? The sparkles on her dress?

I just watched this yesterday and saw the light myself...and came to the same conclusion you did. I believe it was a reflection from the sparkly things on her dress.

I just watched the movie (before reading the post), and noticed it. It was clear to me that the curl in a single loose hair from her hairline was reflecting light quite noticeably.
