Highest rated Monogram Picture?

After viewing many of the comments on many Monogram Pictures here on IMDB, this movie appears to be the most liked. When viewing this movie, I was impressed, considering the quality of so many films produced by Monogram.

I can understand it's popularity. Most of Boris Karloff's Mr Wong series for Monogram have a higher IMDb rating than this currently, with the most highest ranked being 'Mystery Of Mr Wong' rated at 6.3, as I write.
