Has anyone noticed that in a scene late in the movie -- in which Abbott & Costello count the money after routing the villains -- there's a double for Joan Davis? The scene was filmed long after the movie wrapped and they couldn't get Davis to come back. So a lookalike wearing a false nose doubled for her.
shareI know , that after they changed the movie to include The Andrews Sisters. To duplicate the success of Buck Privates. The Original Version was better , and just as good as Buck Privates.
shareIt's not too clear. She was sort of facing sideways. From what I've read it was only in the nightclub scene at the end when she wasn't available as that scene was shot way later.
