Beery's Character
I really liked this movie, and was surprised there's not more comments here. Most of the characters are the ones you would find in a typical western. Beery's character, however, is neither entirely good or bad. I don't want to give anything away, but he is a flawed but likeable character.
Nobody gets to be a cowboy forever.
