William Bendix uncredited?

Do my eyes deceive me -- or is that good old WILLIAM BENDIX as one of the truckers off in the background? Or, more likely, a rough-hewn actor, the very model of a low-down, ugly working stiff, who just happens to bear some resemblance to Bendix?
Although the trucker in question has no lines of dialog, he does appear noticeably in the early Barney's Cafe episode, as the buddy of "Irish" (Roscoe Karns), watching closely as "Irish" keeps trying and trying to beat the pinball machines.
The main reason why the trucker buddy of Karns seems unlikely to be Bill Bendix is that the latter's official debut films are supposed to date from 1942 (at Paramount and Roach studios), 2 years after this 1940 Warners film.. -- Steven P. Hill.

After watching this scene a couple of times I came to the conclusion that this person is not William Bendix.

After watching this film numerous times I have concluded that it is Bendix in an uncredited role. IMDB.com is not faultless in listing films of actors. I have found other errors before.

I watched the movie twice,
and I'm certain that was
William Bendix. How do we
notify IMDB?

Hey, I thought Gilbert Roland played one of the truck drivers who talked to the brothers in the cafe and were killed in a fiery crash, It turned out to be Pedro Rigas !
