Does anyone know the secret to getting your popovers to pop? I make them and some of them pop and others don't. They're still delicious but I'd really like to know. Thanks

From Ina Garten: There are three secrets to great popovers: Make sure the pan is hot before you pour in the batter, fill each section not more than half full and no peeking while they're in the oven!

I hope this helps! I've never made popovers, but I just HAD to find out the secret...and I paused the movie to find out! LOL

I ask the same question every Christmas. I'm not sure I've ever HAD a popover, but it's Christmas morning, and I could go for one ...
