The ostriches
The dancing ostriches are supposed to be females, but their feathers are black and white. It is only the male ostrich who has black and white feathers. The female ostrich are brown and grey. Just wanted to mention it.

Well, of course they have black and white rather than black and gray feathers. You wouldn't expect performers to appear on stage--or on screen--without applying makeup, would you? So, obviously, in addition to putting mascara on their eyelashes, they also brightened up their gray feathers by powdering them or bleaching them.
