Question about the upcoming Fantasia/Fantasia 2000 R2 DVD

Hi,over the last few days I have been looking online for details about the upcoming R2 DVD of Fantasia in the UK.And,I have noticed some sites saying that a "double pack" is coming out on Blu-Ray with Fantasia and Fantasia 2000.So I just want to ask if anyone can tell me if 2000 is coming out on normal DVD,or is it only coming out on B-Ray?

The set will be released like so.

If you buy the standard version special edition, you will get both Fantasia and fantasia 2000 together with the DVD special features. However, if you buy the blu-ray set, the first two disks will have both films on blu-ray with the new blu-ray special feature and the other two disks will be the standard dvd versions of both films with the dvd special features. No digital copies will be included.
