Is the Blu-Ray worth the upgrade from the Anthology DVD?

I mean, sure the sound and picture are better but how much? And are the supplements any better?

I'd say no.

I would buy it in a heartbeat if it contained the option to watch it with Deems taylor's actual voice (from the 1990 version) and/or the 1982 version with the Irwin Kostal Score, but apparently Disney only does alternate versions if they can make them gimmicky (ala inserting a pointless song into Lion King or BatB)

Absolutely YES! The dvd is nothing compared to how the blu-ray looks.

id have to say the blu ray is superior quality to the dvd easily. anyone whos says otherwise is blind or owns a mediocre tv.
