'Original' vs 'Current' Fantasia version

It seem to me given my brief read over of some of the threads here that there have been changes over the years to the Fantasia movie. I have the Blu-ray/DVD combo pack which I found at a used DVD shop. How does the "current" version compare to the "original" version from the 1940s?

Deems Taylor's voice is overdubbed in the "current" version because the complete audio tracks of the original narration couldn't be found, and the Pastoral symphony is censored to remove a racial stereotype black centaurette who is subservent to the non-black centaurettes (the centaurette in question looks more like those White-people-in-blackface skits of the time).
