Castle Films version

Long before home video tape cassettes, there was a home market for 8mm movie versions of old films, mostly marketed by Castle Films. This one was among such, somehow cut down to a mere ten minutes. The IMDb lists this as a separate production, dated 1966. I deny that this is anything but an "Alternate version" and deserves no more acknowledgement in this database than a note in that section of this film. To my knowledge, the only one of those that MIGHT deserve "separate production" status is Doom of Dracula, the Dracula segment from House of Frankenstein, which does indeed stand on its own since it played out in its entirely prior to Frankenstein's Monster and the Wolfman entering the scenario. Anybody else have feelings about this?
