that, when Baron Wolf Von Frankenstein first peers into the sulphur pit, Frankenstein's Monster is already immersed in the sulphur? No mention in "goofs", either. Go take a look- he's bobbin' around, like a man-made marshmallow. Probably a good way to fight jock itch.....
Glad to see someone responded! I still love the movie, although Karloff's part was almost painfully weak. Another oddity- did you notice the diagonal raised area on Inspector Krogh's back, running from the right shoulder down to the left hip area (viewable when he's first in the study, talking to Baron Wolf, and he's facing the fireplace)? I thought that it might be a "Sam Browne" belt, under his tunic... then, in Frankenstein Meets The Wolf Man", there is a similar diagonal 'seam' in his coat as he plays the Mayor (viewable as he walks toward the window, when Elsa Frankenstein asks what that music is.) I never read anything about Lionel Atwill having a deformity in real life... I sure love his acting, at any rate! You play the piano? We have an old manual/electric player piano, but I suspect there's magic involved in playing a piano. Sure wish I knew how to! Thanks for the reply!
I noticed it too. I assumed it would be the strap that held on the inspector's artificial arm. I've not seen F. vs. W. in a long while, but I'll check it out next time.
I think you're right. But if you see the movie for the first time you don't really notice it. I saw something was int here but it could be anything. Now if I look at the last image of the sulphur pit and go back to the first one, I do see the Monster.
