Does young frankenstein have anything to do with this?

Of course it does, can't you tell? Young Frankenstein sends up all of these old Frankenstein films, but this particular one has quite a bit of influence. There is a very good take on Inspector Krogh in Mel Brooks' comedy classic!

Yeah..."young frankenstein" spoof MUCH of the original 1931 film, but I'm sure there's shades of this too. Afterall, theres the Igor character so...
