Availability on DVD
AH yes, this is one of my favorite movies. Does anyone know when or if it will ever be available on DVD. I find it a shame so many classic movies are not being reproduced on DVD.

If he says he has it on DVD. By his lack of reply, I'd take it as this.
Either copied it from a VHS to a DVD via one of those VHS to DVD burners
or
He captured the Movie off of the TCM channel
(or another channel that "Broadcasts Classic Movies")
& then burned it to DVD
No matter what, it isn't a DVD that was Digitally Remastered, just a VHS or TV quality movie put on a DVD!
the 1937 version is only available in B&W and only on VHS !!!

Still a crying shame its not on DVD. Specialy when they put every Piece of Garbage that hollywood puts out on DVD. I think its time that TMC starts to put these classics on DVD and clean them up.
This is a True Classic and should be preserved for all time for Future Generations to watch how to make movies.
