Should i wath this or the newest version?

I really love the book, is one of my favourite and i want to see the movie, but both this and the Gary Sinise version are very well-thought and i don't know which one to watch..Any help?

I'd see both, the Sinise version is available for free on hulu

I realize this post is 3 years after the fact but where can I see the third version and who plays the leads?
