I love this movie, and agree that it is the best election movie. It is so timeless.

People, please consider that this is not an election movie. Jeff Smith was APPOINTED. It's a flick about corruption, machine politics, and the triumph of the little guy. But I know what you are thinking.

I don't know about the best election movie but one to see is the movie "Election" with Reese Witherspoon and Matthew Broderick. Reese is great. Really.
