What was Alice's last job?

What did Penny say was the shop that Alice was working at, that Martin said she hadn't been there in 5 months since she became a secretary for the Kirbys? I keep going back to that part on the tape, but I can't make out what kind of shop Penny says she was working at.

A millinery shop, it's a place that sells hats. Not many (if any!) are around any more now that hats (unfortunately) are out of vogue.
