There is currently a revival of the play on Broadway -- if they made a film version of the play again, who would you cast in the roles?

I tried not casting A-listers in EVERY role for the sake of realism, but still kept some famous cameos.

My original choice for Mr. Kirby would be Philip Seymour Hoffman though :(

I keep seeing a younger Bill Murray as Mr. Carmichael, but other than that I'm stumped. I don't think today's Hollywood is capable of capturing the original, much less improving on it.
