i've read the book, but i've never seen this movie.
how was it?

Yes very good make sure you get the remastered version.

Its was a little different from the book but still good.

I've read the book too. The movie version is very good, if not excellent, and I think it was better than the book. Avoid the remake!

I read the book before I ever saw the movie. There are a lot of things that are different along with an added character here and a subtracted character there. However, it remains one of my favorite movies.

I also very much like another Hilton novel that became a movie with Ronald Colman: Random Harvest.
