Mr. Bollock and Carlo
Watching them was so extremely amusing. They were both hilarious and Carlo always "stuffing" his face was just so funny. I"m suprised there wasn't a spin off show on them

Misha Auer and Eugene Paullette were two of the most distinctive featured character actors of the 30s and 40s.
Strangely, Auer specialized in mad Russians, while Paullette left show business to construct a survivalist compound fearing nuclear attack by the Russians during the postwar Cold War paranoia.
Carlo, the fake nobleman/freeloader/gigolo, in My Man Godfrey was Misha Auer’s break through performance, winning him an Academy Award nomination and catapulting him into the realm of featured character actors.
I have always thought that Misha Auer’s life would make an interesting bio pix, if only someone could be found to handle the role.
