Has anyone been able to spot the then-unknown Jane Wyman in MY MAN GODFREY? She's one of the people in the "tea party" segment (which looks more like a booze party to me!). I think she may be the blonde who says "Not Charlie Van Rumple?" when Irene announces her engagement, but we don't see her face good during this shot. One problem with this theory though is Jane was usually a brunette in photos from this period.
shareI'm almost sure the scene was when Irene brings Godfrey before the people at the scavenger hunt. As a matter of fact, I'm almost 100% positive that I saw her in that scene. In the left hand corner in the back, when Godfrey is addressing the crowd.

Both Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_Man_Godfrey) and IMDb (last entry of the cast page) now acknowledge Wyman as having a small role in the scene you mentioned. I don't know how you ever noticed that! Impressive.
