shareYes, that's all fine and well, but nowadays, they would not be allowed to have the bum "camps" they had in this movie. They would be run out of town and would have nowhere to camp til they possibly recovered. I thought you were going to write that you like the message of : "Can't tell a book by its cover", since the rich people take William Powell for a bum. I love this movie simply because it is written and delivered so Funny. Hope you liked it, too!

To by fair they would have stayed down and out if Godfrey did not have the connections from being part of a rich family.
