Favorite Bullock?
What a weird, funny family! Who was your favorite Bullock?
Mrs. Bullock?
Mr. Bullock?
Irene?
Cornelia?
...or Carlo (I know, he's not a real Bullock, but he may as well be!)

I love ALL of them but Cornelia...especially the mom.

Angelica. I love the pixie scene with her and Godfrey.
Nora: Are you packing?
Nick: Yes dear, I'm putting away this liquor.
...I like SANDRA Bullock best! (And I'll never forgive her for not staying single until I had a chance to "pop the question" to her! LOL!)
Seriously, though, Irene IS the most loveable in the Bullock household...
I thought Carole Lombard was great as Irene. She was a hilariously perfect combination of big-hearted sweetness and selfish childishness.
And, of course, Alice Brady was very funny in her usual dizzy matron role.
But my favorite character has to be Godfrey. I love William Powell!
Cornelia. Every time she mentions the ash pile, I start laughing.
He said it's all in your head, and I said, so's everything--
But he didnt get it.
The movie needs a foil, and Ms. Patrick does an admirable job...but...the question is who is your favorite Bullock...Alexander! Eugene Pallette is brilliant with dialog and character.
shareit is hard to say. they were all wonderful. one of the best ensembles ever to grace the screen
shareI agree with the poster that Mr. Bullock was my favorite. He had so many great lines. In several other posts, folks say Godfrey should have left this crazy family behind. Well, if anyone should have fled screaming, it should have been Mr. Bullock!
Take a look at that dizzy old gal with the goat.
I've had to look at her for 20 years - that MRS. Bullock!
I'm terribly sorry!
How do think I feel!
. . . And my favorite of all -- "All you need to make an asylum is an empty room and the right kind of people."
sharemr bullock.
good sense of humor, he's very down to earth character, but also shows humility in the end. i guess i like him so much because he's just like me, except that i'm not fat :)
mr. bullock, for the character and of course, Cornelia, for beauty.
shareMr. Bullock, followed by Mrs. Bullock. Alice Brady was hilarious!! I certainly wouldn't want to live anywhere near this family, though.
"Watch me run a 50-yard dash with my legs cut off!"
All four were great. I guess I pick Irene because she is the sweetest but Mr. and Mrs. Bullock are hilarious and Cornelia is one of the most appealing villainesses ever in movies.
shareWell said, Harlow. You took the words right out of my mouth/keyboard.
What a wonderful movie!
Yes, sir, I'm going to do nothing like she's never been done before!
