WB vs Criterion edition

Which one is the best?, WB's 2-disc edition was fantastic, but Criterion is known for their terrific DVD edition.

Does it worth the "upgrade"?

might be a little late, but Criterion is definitely superior. The Criterion DVD (i dont own the Blu Ray) is fantastic. the quality is incredible and 100x better than Warners. As for extras, Criterion keeps the basic stuff (For the First Time, Trailers, Deleted Scenes) except you lost he machinary documentaries and instead you get Chaplins film The Rink, commentary, visual essays, an interview with the music arranger, A Chaplin home movie All At Sea and a nice booklet.

i highly recommend the Criterion DVD or Blu-ray and it's way better than the Warner edition.

i hope this helped :)
