Hi,i'm not familiar with the old flash gordon serials since i'm too young to know.But I remember watching a few shows on the AMC channel back in the 90's.So my question is,which flash gordon shows does actress Priscilla Lawson come out in? Or did she come out in all the flash gordon series?The reason I ask is because i'm interested buying the flash gordon dvds especially the episodes that have her in it.
shareThis serial is the only part of the 1936-40 Flash Gordon trilogy that really has the definitive Princess Aura (Priscilla Lawson). You see a little of Priscilla Lawson in part two, "Flash Gordon's Trip to Mars", but that's only because a few scenes from "Flash Gordon" get shown as remembrances (at least in the uncut version of "Trip to Mars"). In part three, "Flash Gordon Conquers the Universe", Princess Aura is portrayed by a different actress and with much less flair.

shareFrom what I heard Priscilla Lawson changed studios in hopes of advancing her career. But this did not pan out and she only got minor roles after that. Too bad, because I thought she did an excellent job in the first Flash Gordon serial. And she wasn't hard on the eyes either.
