Garth gets a villager to take him no farther than the Borgo Pass. When Renfield was dropped off there, it was Dracula's coach that took him the distance to the castle. Yet Garth leaves his coach and is at the castle door by foot in seconds.....
Another inconsistency is when Van/Von Helsing defines a vampire as the undead, creatures who have never died who extend their unnatural life by drinking blood from living people. Yet, later in the movie he says that a vampire casts no reflection in a mirror. If these creatures have never died and so are not really dead as a normal human is, why would they not cast a reflection in a mirror?
