Inconsistencies

Good question--I was going to bring this up before but it always slipped my mind. Also I don't recall this ever being brought up in previous BL groups. Anyhow, I think that is one of the best scenes of BL, but unfortunately is shot from the distance. You can obviously see she isn't wearing a slip and you get a good view of her upper thigh. When she gets down on all fours her legs spread apart easily because her dress is unbuttoned at the bottom and she has no slip on to hold her legs together and her dress starts to slide up. I imagine when she pulls herself through the curtains the view up her dress without a slip would be amazing with the bright stage lights. I'm sure different scenes were shot several times--changing the lighting, angle, clothing etc. Did you ever notice Kitty's dress at the theater being super tight on her in some scenes and not so tight in others. Perhaps the added slip made her dress a little bit tighter. Would love to get the outtakes, especially her coming through the curtain slip-less and legs spread apart in the bright lights. Being a kids show, showing Kittys snatch would be a no go, hence the added slip.

I have noticed all the things you guys brought up, slip, no slip, dress tight , dress not so tight and you do see her thigh as she stands up exposed to the audiences and yes she has 2 sets of straps bra and slip and if you look really close you will see her thumbnail of her left hand as she is covering her tits , cleavage from the audience! She played the embarrassed , humiliated mother role perfectly with her mouth agape and her eyes rolled back! So friggin sexy and erotic even 85 years later!!
