The great ironic lines

There are so many great ironic lines in this short and it's been so long since I posted here i'm allowed to go crazy.
1. Spanky's mother " Ladies I know we've all enjoyed this very much - so I have a big surprise for you" ----- Of course she would have a bigger surprise herself
2. Spanky's mother " I've arranged for him to appear at the Ritz theater "---- She would really APPEAR at the Ritz theater
3. Spanky's mother At the theater after the MC tells her Spanky will open the event and after she has informed that he wasn't ready. " Besides my sob is too much of an artist to open a show" -------she would be the artist

4. After Daisy has run off the stage and Spanky goes to console her his mom comes over to tell him he's next and he asks if he can give the prize money to Daisy Spanky's Mother " Why certainly Spanky All I want is for you to be a hit' Spanky turns to Daisy " Girlie the dress is in the bag"
5. On the stage wings watching the show the mother turns to the MC and he tells her they are not just laughing at him they're howling at him Spanky's Mother " Well I won't have my son laughed at. TAKE HIM OFF"--- of course she would stop the audience stop laughing at her son and she would break up the act .
6.When Spanky falls the first time Spanky's mother to MC " Why don't you give him some lights" MC " what for" Spanky's mother " SO he can act" MC " Oh so he can act " Mother " yes" ------of course the stage lights up means people will see more of her and with better clarity when she appears on stage
