After reviewing the film several times you can see her bra straps when we see her back after her dress is gone the slip straps are separate. The bottom is different as no one really can say for sure. One thing you can see she is wearing stockings and these are the days before pantyhose so she must have on something that the stocking tops would attach to. Looking at the strained dress I believe that of course she is wearing panties but I think I can see a girdle which her stockings would attach too.
