When does the film end?

I found a copy on video tape at my local library, but, they kind of butchered it together, it seems. First, they said it had English subtitles, but, none were present anywhere. Then, it lists the running time as 114 minutes German and 110 minutes USA. But, the actual tape is 2 hours of film because at what I call the end of the movie, footage that had already played repeats itself. Starting at some arbitrary point, it goes on and arbitrarily ends at the 2 hour mark, in the middle of a repeat of an earlier Hitler speech, in the middle of the sentence.


Anyway, there were no closing titles, and, since it has been 11 or 12 years since I saw this film, I am not quite sure if this tape contains the entire film or not. Can anyone help me by telling me where the film is supposed to end? I believe it ends, at least it would "end on this copy, with a speech that ends with a pan up to a swaztika, fade in over it with a close up of the same swaztika, fade out and in to clouds in the sky, fade in of marching soldiers. Is this the end of the film? Did it have end titles? It may not have because the opening had very few title cards, too.
