You succesfully pointed out the only one moment in the film where nazi racist ideology is shown. Did you look through the film for that, or did you read up the quote somewhere? Besides, Streicher in the film only speaks one sentence, and this is about "purity of the race", but Jews are not mentioned (at least I'm pretty sure, I can only refer to my memory of watching it).
What is your source of Sreicher being illiterate? He certainly was a dangerous maniac, whom even the other high rank nazis described as mad and "over the top". His writings show a somewhat primitive thinking, but still draw from many sources, so he obviousely was much into reading.
