Hitler was NOT voted into office of Chancellor
...He was appointed to the office of Chancellor by President of the Republic--Field Marshall Paul von Hindenburg January 30 of 1933 because no one garnered sufficient votes in the July and November 1932 elections to create a workable majority in the Reichstag... Von Hindenburg made this appointent with great reluctance... This is discussed in Shirer's book "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich" page 17-21--opening pages of the first chapter; and pages 255-263. Let's be informed and not ignorant regarding history.
