Pepé Le Peu?
Peter Lorre so reminded me of 'Pepé Le Peu' in this with his white streak of hair that I am almost certain that Warner Bros. and their 'Looney Tunes' aka 'Merry Melodies' had to have gotten the idea from this film! An enjoyable effort, in any case. FuturePrimitive666.
