Sometimes spooky melodrama
Double Door is an excellent melodrama, with a few touches of mystery and horror. Mary Morris plays a real witch, and you’ll love hating her. The acting is good throughout, and there are several interesting shots using odd angles, under lighting, and closeups. Double Door is worth unlocking.
