Bo Peep - the worst shepherd ever !

Just watched (and taped)the B/W version off my local PBS station . Haven't seen this in a while so was glad for the chance to see it again . The lost
sheep sequence starts and I'm thinking all the Toyland folks are saying to
theirselves "oh for crying out loud that stupid b*tch lost her sheep AGAIN ?"
then TomTom starts singing to BoPeep about how she lost her flock 5 times last month and 4 times the month before etc. etc. and I just about died . funny
funny stuff - it can be tough to watch old movies and just let them play out
without projecting our now politically correct ideals into them or like me just being a smart ass making goofey remarks for my own amusement .
Another example would be reading something into Barnaby's leacherous
advances toward BoPeep , there really wasn't anything to it .
Watching Laurel and Hardy in this is a treat . Watch their facial
expressions , so child like and innocent .
Question : how odd that Stanley Dum and Ollie Dee's punishment was a dunking in that pond and they were both terrified of it . wonder what that represented ? wonder if it was as simple as the cliche of kids having to be told (forced) to bathe ??

OMG yeah Bo Peep is so stupid! I love to mock and laugh at her and Tom Tom and how DUMB they both are. Barnaby is so cool and I tend to root for him just because the so called "good guys" are so stupid.

Though, of course, Laurel and Hardy rock haha!
