Hitler sequence

Larry completed the puzzle he was working on, and discovered it was Hitler. While this secgment was in the (16mm) TV prints - it was cut from the material MGM now has - has anyone turned up a print (or tape or DVD) with these few seconds still in there?

I remember the Hitler bit when I saw this film on TV back in the 1970s. I have no idea why it's missing in the current prints in circulation.
