Actually pretty good!
Compared to Hitchcock's other really early films.
Blackmail, Young and Innocent, and the original Man Who Knew Too Much were other examples of his good early work.

I enjoyed it. It's crude and badly plotted, but Hitchcock's talent is very much in evidence. He manages to make a chase scene with laughably obvious models exciting.

I agree! A pretty good (and quirky) flick. I wish there was a SCRIPT available, I would so like to see this film redone with subtitles... the Brit talk is quite challenging. I have watched it 3 or 4 times (about once every 6 months or so) for pure entertainment.
I really like this movie. I know it's not going to be everyone's 'cup of tea', but to me it's a really enjoyable film.
