Are there any metaphors or meanings regarding the Jekyll and Hyde characters?
Jekyll represents the common man who responds in actions or thoughts of both good and evil. Hyde is pure evil, Jekyll's evil side set free.
shareWatched this the other day with a room full of film & biology students & we laughed pretty hard at the constant reference to 'Back doors'! I'm sure this wasn't a purposely placed metaphor, but if you watch again, it's funny how it seems to pop up inappropriately every now and then, made us giggle anyway ;)
