help with the characters

I am having trouble telling the girls apart or who they are in certain scenes.

At the dinner table scene with the keg I can't tell who is all sitting at the table. I know matt and tom are on one side, and mike and ma powers on the ends. who are the girls exactly?

And who comes with ma and mike to the hospital to see tom? And afterwards at the powers home who is with mike and ma?

um not 100% but i think one is tom and mike's sister and the other is Mike's girlfriend
