Top 10 Vampire films

shareInteresting list, the only film on that list I haven't seen was his no.1 'Only Lovers Left Alive.'. I don't know if I agree with the sorting but personally I would put Bram Stoker's Dracula at the no.1 spot. And I would put Tale of A Vampire on a top 10 vampire list and remove The Lost Boys (I liked the film as a kid but now, I find it pretty bad). And I may be in the minority but I also enjoyed the new vampire flick Dracula Untold and the first Underworld film.
I just watched Dracula (1979) and it's one of the best Dracula versions I've seen. Langella is fantastic in the role and the film is scored by John Williams. Also it has the same script as the Lugosi version and just like Lugosi, Langella played Dracula on stage to rave reviews. I'm surprised not many people mention this version, it's always Lugosi or Lee's. This version has also been transferred to bluray and looks fantastic though apparently the director muted the colors when he had it remastered in the 90s when previously it had vibrant orange colors.
