What do you call the Man and Woman Fight Dance ??

I have seen this before ... I think mostly in European Latin country's movies,
where a man and woman beat up on each other in a dance.

I'm assuming this is some kind of weird art form ... does anyone know what
it is called, and where it comes from, maybe some history behind it.

It's so politically incorrect it must be French? ;-)

It's called the Apache Dance. It's a French dance inspired by French gangs, who were called Apache because of their unruly nature.

Thanks much Josh, I've never heard that talked about, but I have seen it many time in movies. Weird art form!

I've seen it in a lot of things as well. Starting with a Pepe Le Pew cartoon as a kid!
