Nearly 82 years old and the effect it had on me last night while watching it was monumental.
Wow just the final scene is just haunting and got me really riled up with anger.
The acting is great,Direction is great ITS PERFECT.

A perfect war movie. Agree on that. Am very surprised that it is an American production. Suppose, "the onlooker sees most of the game" works here all right.

I saw the movie for the first time last night, and I honestly could not believe how great the production values were for that time. I kept thinking, "And this is from 1930!?" It was truly amazing. I think more people should see this film!
